I have just returned from my visits where I was given corrective treatment from Mr Brett Flavell.
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the manner in which Mr Flavell handled my case. He discussed the whole subject with me in a friendly yet professional manner and I left feeling that i had experienced a really enjoyable interview - an entirely satisfactory thankyou.

Brett made me a new artificial eye, he took an impression of my eye socket and proceeded to paint the eye whilst in the consulting room with me, he showed me the eye both during and after he had finished and then carefully fitted. This was an experience I had never had before. I had always been left on my own "wondering".
The colour match of the iris etc with my existing eye is wonderful!
Brett was keen to achieve an overall 'soft' effect, having unobstrusively made mental notes whilst we talked at the beginning. I am certainly delighted with the eye in every way - colourmatch, overall effect and comfort. Brett is a very kind and caring young man. He made what has sometimes, in the past, been an unpleasant experience, into a very happy time.
Without any hesitation, I thoroughly recommend Mr Brett Flavell himself and his skills to anyone who needs an artificial eye.

I have been meaning to write this 'thank you' for the last couple of weeks. It has been a pleasure meeting you and actually discovering there are genuine kind, caring people in your profession. I want to thank you most sincerly for so much - your skill when making 'my eye' which is truly a work of art and greatly appreciated. I enjoyed our chats and of course your honesty.

In 1992 I had a very serious car accident leaving me blind in my left eye and the eye disfigured due to socket damage. I have been under care for 22 years having two eyes prosthesis made.
I recently had to have another made as the old one was seven years old and no longer had my confidence and caused me depression with how it looked.
I went under the care of Brett Flavell who began the process, explaining the way, what he was doing.
Brett was in no rush until it was perfect.
Today the final fitting, and then even Brett wanted to make small adjustments.
What i have been left with is an eye which for the first time since I lost my eye in 1992 that looks and feels identical to my good eye, and even my family and kids are amazed at what Brett has done!
Words cannot thank this young and caring man enough.
